Pick the work date first. This screen shows whatever is already saved for that date. You can view it, overwrite it with a new paste, or delete that day if you posted it on the wrong date. Restricted always $0.75. 9/14–9/19: full-pay $1.50, $1.75 after 400 full doors in the week, $2.00 after 1,000. From 9/20 on: $1.75 base, $2.00 after 500. Dequadrick Amos full-pay doors are always $2.25.
Select an archive to load a preview. Supports both TX and MI jobs. Previews do not save or change totals or payment records; nothing is saved until you choose Post this day.
Running totals for the work date’s day, week (Mon–Sun), month, and all-time. Top 10 uses full-pay doors, then pay.
Every canvasser is listed. Today’s doors and pay sit next to how to pay them. Use Edit day to change that day’s full-door rate without changing the rest of the week.
Each column is one day, Monday through Sunday. Use the week filter to jump. Amounts are that person’s pay for the day.
Open anyone to see every day and every week they have been paid.
Assign canvassers to a team. Earnings on Day / Week honor the team filter above.
Admin only. Give a manager a whole grid (SE / Central / West), a zone, or single walkbooks. Their login then only shows those books. Assign canvassers to the same turf so they appear on that team’s map.
Adam: $0.25 on every full-pay and restricted door on the project. Alan / Aime: $0.25 on their team only. Dequadrick: special rate (edit the dollars below). Day / week / month uses the work date.
Log Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle. Yellow names are first-week canvassers who knocked yesterday and are on today’s audit. Pay them yesterday’s amount.

Download saves the job’s canvassers, posted days, and recorded payments. Import merges missing records and fills blank fields without replacing existing days or payments.
Red is abnormal: contact above 65% or below 10%, refused above 20% of doors, restricted above 20% of doors, rapid marks under 60 seconds on more than 15% of doors, any survey marked within 60 seconds of another door, or more than 35 doors per hour.
Each pin is one household. Green is a completed survey, gray is not home, orange is restricted, red is refused, and purple is a wrong address. If the file also has the canvasser's GPS, a second dot and a line show how far they were from the house. Over 50 feet is labeled in red.
Admin only. Bills the client $3.25 per full-pay door and $2.00 per restricted door. Those rates stay on this page, not on the navigation tab.
Canvassers close out the last book and request the next one here. Managers assign turf from this queue.
Admin only. Upload every Walkbooks screenshot (66 is fine). Grok now runs in batches of 8 so it cannot stop at 16 books. Each image must become one row. Miles come from the i360 panel (“Walkbook: 66, 06.14 mi”). The new grid appears as its own tab.
